The ministry of Roseland Chrisian School is dependent on continuous support from parents, churches, and other individuals and organizations.

There are many ways to support RCS:

PRAY Please, don't overlook the power of prayer. Pray for our faculty and staff as they pursue the work of educating children with Biblical standards. Pray, also, for the students as they grow and learn and begin to make choices that will affect the rest of their lives.

VOLUNTEER Roseland is always looking for parent volunteers. There are many areas in which you can get involved.

GIVE Giving of your finances is one of the most effective ways to support Roseland. Financial gifts, throughout the year, allow us to supplement extra-curricular programs and offer student scholarships, while keeping tuition costs as low as possible.

What do General Mills, Campbell's Soup, and Tyson Chicken have in common? They all offer ways for schools to raise extra funds/receive merchandise from the purchase of their products.

Box Tops for Education

For each Box Tops for Education coupon mailed in to General Mills, our school will receive 10 cents. That means that you can enjoy the products you already buy - General Mills cereal, Pillsbury and Betty Crocker baking mixes, dinner rolls, snacks, and side dishes, AND help our school financially. It is easy to collect the coupons and send/bring them to school with your tuition payment. We will be developing some fun rewards for the students who turn in the most coupons and will let you know what those will be in an upcoming parent bulletin. Campbell's Soup Labels

The Labels for Education program offers our school an opportunity to receive hundreds of educational items such as: science project materials, art supplies, sports equipment, musical instruments, reading materials, etc. The labels can be removed from products such as Campbell's and Swanson soups, Pepperidge Farms baked goods/snacks, and Franco-American canned spaghetti products.

Tyson Project A+

Encourage your family members, friends, and others in the community to clip and save Project A+ redemption labels from boxes of Tyson Chicken Nuggets, Patties, Tenders and Fillets (all varieties). These can be redeemed for cash (24¢ each) from Tyson. The money earned may be used for books, equipment, special programs or any other way we choose.

Collection bins for all of the above are located across from the school office. Those receiving our mailings can send them in with their reply envelopes. Volunteers will be available to process the items for shipment to the participating companies. We could always use volunteers to help with this project. Market Day

Support RCS and save money on tuition by receiving a 5% discount (of your total purchase) off the cost of your tuition or that of the student you designate when paying for your purchase. Market Day is a unique fundraiser offering a wide selection of over 180 high quality foods at competitive prices, many of which are not available in your grocery store. Many of the items are not only great tasting but also low in fat and calories for healthy eating. So place your order today and your order will be delivered to Roseland Christian School on the second Wednesday of each month. Pick up times are from 5:30-6:30pm in the gymnasium. Present your registered Dominick's Fresh Values Card (available at participating stores) when making your purchase. Give the clerk the RCS school number, 500014326, and future purchases will automatically be tracked when you use your Fresh Values Card so that Dominick's can contribute from 1% to 4% of your purchases depending on the amount spent during the month back to RCS. School Pax

www.schoolpax.org merchants such as Subway, Foot Locker, Verizon Wireless, Travelocity, and 1-800-Flowers.com are offering money back opportunities to support RCS. Our school code is LJCG. You can get your Subway card and Foot Locker key tag by contacting the Advancement Office of RCS at 773-264-0534 or on the web at development@roselandchristian.org.
